Flat Rock is an oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) business with an operating working interest in approximately 20,000 acres in southeastern Ohio that are prospective for both the Utica and Marcellus shale formations. In addition to operating the E&P business, Flat Rock intends to pursue midstream and other energy-related ventures.
