Flexonics designs and manufactures fluid conveyance and thermal management components and sub-systems for vehicle, power, medical, aerospace and other industrial applications. Its products include exhaust gas recirculation coolers, fuel distribution systems, metal bellows and machined components. An industry pioneer with more than a century of experience, Flexonics works closely with OEM engineering teams to design, test and validate products for platforms. Senior Flexonics operates eight manufacturing facilities across the U.S., Mexico, the U.K., Germany, the Czech Republic, South Africa, India and China.

Flexonics was previously a division of Senior plc, which Tinicum acquired with Blackstone in October 2026, and is a subsidiary of Senior AeroFlow Technologies. Senior Flexonics intends to grow through both organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
