Between March 2000 and October 2001, Tinicum invested in the common stock of Flowserve Corporation. Flowserve, one of the world’s leading providers of industrial flow management services, produces engineered pumps for the process industries, precision mechanical seals, automated and manual quarter-turn valves, control valves and valve actuators. Tinicum exited this public position in 2003.
