Pathway engineers and manufactures metal and fabric expansion joints, dampers, flexible metal hose and related products. These absorb thermal movement, vibration and pressure in piping in petrochemical, power generation, and other industrial applications. Its products are custom engineered for its customers’ most severe environments, and the company provides on-site inspection, installation and emergency repair services. With roots dating to 1902, Pathway was a founding member of the Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association and works closely with major process licensors and engineering, procurement and construction firms worldwide. The company operates manufacturing facilities in Texas, Maine and Ontario.

Pathway was previously operated within the Flexonics division of Senior plc, which Tinicum acquired with Blackstone in October 2026, and is now a subsidiary of Senior AeroFlow Technologies. Pathway seeks to grow by expanding its service capabilities and geographic reach and by acquiring complementary manufacturers of expansion joints and other engineered flow control and process safety products.
