Permag, through its brands Dexter Magnetic Technologies, Electron Energy Corporation (“EEC”) and Magnetic Component Engineering (“MCE”), designs and manufactures specialized magnetic solutions for the medical, aerospace, defense, semiconductor manufacturing, and industrial end markets.
Tinicum established its investment in the company by acquiring a controlling interest in Permag’s parent company, Robert Family Holdings, LLC, in January 2021. Following the acquisition, Robert Family Holdings, LLC was renamed TSL Engineered Products, LLC.
Permag seeks to expand by acquiring other providers of magnetic-based solutions.
